50 years since Nixon resignation

On August 8, 1974, President Richard Nixon became only president to resign from office. The resignation came after years of controversy following a burglary at the Democratic National Committee offices in the Watergate complex back in June of 1972. The burglary was connected to Nixon’s reelection campaign. The White House was found to be involved in the cover-up. Presidential historian James Robenalt joins LiveNOW from FOX.
