Debby continues to cause flooding in North Carolina

Hurricane Debby made landfall near in Florida, on August 5 as a Category 1 cyclone. Flooding was reported from the Sunshine State all the way to Pennsylvania and New York. As FOX Weather's Brandy Campbell reports, parts of North Carolina are still underwater.
