Ronnie Stout, the California man accused of starting the Park Fire has been charged with felony arson, according to court records. The Park fire has burned over 370,000 acres, making it the largest fire burning in the U.S. Prosecutors say Stout was seen pushing a burning car down a gully in Butte County, spreading flames that caused the Park Fire.
