Man arrested for starting explosive fire

Authorities have arrested a man on suspicion of starting the Park Fire near Chico. The fire jumped to 124,948 acres on Thursday. The Butte County District Attorney's Office on Thursday announced the arrest of 42-year-old Ronnie Stout II, of Chico, in connection with the fire.
