SCOTUS Trump immunity decision expected Monday

The Supreme Court of the United States will meet for the final time of this term on Monday. A major decision will be released around 10 a.m., Eastern: whether former President Donald Trump is immune from prosecution for his role in the January 6, 2021 riot at the U.S. Capitol. It's unusual for SCOTUS to extend a term into July, and the extension may mean that Trump might not stand trial before the November election, no matter what the court decides. Attorney Robert McWhirter joins LiveNOW from FOX.
