Supreme Court allows emergency abortions in Idaho

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled to allow emergency abortions in Idaho. The 6-3 ruling reinstated a lower court's decision that Idaho's abortion ban must yield to a 1986 U.S. law known as the 'Emergency Medical Treatment & Labor Act.'
