Rapper Juilo Foolio killed in Florida shooting

FOX 13's Kellie Cowan reports rapper Julio Foolio and three other victims were shot on Sunday morning. Officials say Foolio was killed in Tampa, Florida. The three other victims are recovering at a nearby hospital.
