Alec Baldwin fails to get charge dismissed

'Rust' star Alec Baldwin lost another bid on Friday, his lawyers attempting to get an involuntary manslaughter case dismissed. The defense still has another motion to dismiss pending before the judge, which is expected to be heard on Monday, June 24. Baldwin's trial is expected to begin on July 9.
