Rapper Travis Scott arrested in Miami

According to a police report, obtained by TMZ, cops say they came out to a marina near Miami Beach -- where they responded to a fight on one of the boats. Upon arrival, cops say they encountered Travis Scott, who they say was arguing with occupants on one of the yachts there ... and the person who reported him told the officers to get him the hell out of there.
