Airstrikes in Gaza kill 18 people

Israeli strikes on the Gaza city of Rafah killing 18 people, including 14 children. Israel continues to carry out near-daily air raids on Rafah. The House of Representatives approved $26 billion aid package, which includes $9 billion in humanitarian assistance.
