NTSB investigates Baltimore bridge collapse

The NTSB has launched its investigation into the collapse of Baltimore's Key Bridge after the bridge was hit by a cargo ship on Tuesday. Capt. Allan Post, the deputy superintendent of Texas A&M Maritime Academy joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to discuss the probe into the matter.
