Camera captures Baltimore's Key Bridge collapse

Mike Singer, the head of 'Baltimore & Chesapeake Bay Ship Watchers' set up the camera that captured the moment the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore collapsed after being struck by a cargo ship. Singer spoke with LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow.
