US House moment of silence honors Laken Riley

The U.S. House of Representatives held a moment of silence on the floor in honor of Laken Riley who was murdered on the campus of University of Georgia. Rep. Mike Collins (R-GA) invited his colleagues to join him, "in honoring Ms. Riley's legacy."
