'Baby Skylar' mother arrested 19 years later

Police say a woman has been arrested nearly 20 years after her newborn baby was found dead at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. "Baby Skylar" was found in a trash can at the airport in 2005. LiveNOW's Lexie Petrovic spoke with FOX 10's Lauren Clark.
