NTSB: Alaska Airlines emergency an 'accident'

The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating after an Alaska Airlines plane blew out a portion of its fuselage while in the air late Friday, forcing an emergency landing in Oregon. It was ruled an accident by the NTSB.
