SCOTUS to hear Trump Colorado ballot ban case

The Supreme Court of the United States has agreed to hear Donald Trump’s appeal to the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to kick him off the state’s ballot. Oral arguments to consider Trump’s appeal are scheduled for Feb. 8, 2024.
