CBP closing Arizona port of entry amid migrant surge

Border Patrol announced it will temporarily suspend operations at the Lukeville Port of Entry in Arizona. The temporary closure will begin on Dec. 4, in order to "redirect personnel to assist the U.S. Border Patrol with taking migrants into custody."
