Former first lady Rosalynn Carter passed away on Sunday at the age of 96 at her home in Plains, Georgia, according to the Carter Center. Dr. Jennifer Olsen, the CEO of the Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregivers joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to share her memories of the former first lady.
