Stacey Abram's brother-in-law arrested

Stacey Abram's brother-in-law, Jimmy Gardener, is facing charges for human trafficking, and lascivious touching of minors, as well as battery. Tampa Police say Gardener is accused of attacking a 16-year-old after she refused to have sex with him.
