2 trapped after KY coal plant collapse

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear has declared a state of emergency following the collapse. The Governor wrote on Facebook: "I have signed an Executive Order declaring a State of Emergency in Martin County following the collapse of a coal preparation plant."
