Blinken can't guarantee Hamas won't steal US aid

During the Senate hearing discussing the Biden administration request of $106 billion in funding for Ukraine, Israel, the Indo-Pacific and border security -- Secretary of State Antony Blinken said "some spillage" will be inevitable of US aid to Gaza, however, saying a majority of the $100 million in US aid to Palestinians in Gaza will reach those who need it. He outlined safeguards in place prevent the diversion of aid to residents who desperately need it.
