Israel says Shani Luk confirmed dead

Israel says on a social media post that they've confirmed the death of Shani Luk, the 23-year-old that was kidnapped from the music festival. They say she was "tortured and paraded around Gaza by Hamas terrorists, experienced unfathomable horrors."
