Hilary: Landfall in Baja California peninsula

Hilary has made landfall in the Baja California Peninsula as a Tropical Storm with maximum sustained winds of 65 miles per hour. Alex Tardy with the National Weather Service in San Diego joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow from the emergency operations center with an update.
