Hurricane Hilary becomes Tropical Storm

Hilary has been downgraded to a Tropical Storm with maximum sustained winds of 70 miles per hour as the storm approaches Southern California. Joe Sirard with the National Weather Service in Los Angeles joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to discuss the storm's path.
