Idaho murders: Bryan Kohberger arraignment

Idaho murders suspect Bryan Kohberger remained silent during at his arraignment Monday and a judge entered not guilty pleas on his behalf, setting the stage for a trial in which he could potentially face the death penalty. The judge scheduled a six-week trial to begin on Oct. 2, 2023. Prosecutors have 60 days to announce whether they will seek the death penalty.
