Marine faces manslaughter charge in NYC subway death

Daniel Penny, the 24-year-old marine seen on video placing Jordan Neely, 30, in a chokehold on a New York City subway, surrendered to law enforcement Friday on a charge of 2nd degree manslaughter. The Medical Examiner's office said the chokehold caused Neely's death. Andrew Lieb with Lieb at Law joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to discuss the investigation.
