Texas mass shooting: Sheriff speaks on suspect's arrest

A four-day manhunt for Francisco Oropesa ended late Tuesday, when he was taken into custody in Montgomery County, Texas. Investigators allege Oropesa opened fire on his neighbors in Cleveland, Texas over the weekend, killing five people, including a child.
