Ousted Tennessee lawmaker Justin Pearson reinstated to House position

The Shelby County Commission voted Wednesday afternoon to reinstate Rep. Justin Pearson who was ousted by Republicans last week for an alleged violation of House rules when he took part in a gun control protest on the House floor. The Nashville Metro Council voted earlier this week to reinstate Rep. Justin Jones who was also ousted.
