President Biden strengthens gun background checks with executive order

The president spoke from Monterey Park, California, where 11 people were killed in a mass shooting. His executive order will stiffen background checks to buy guns, promote more secure firearms storage and ensure law enforcement agencies get more out of a bipartisan gun control law enacted last summer.
