Authorities in the Tucson area lifted shelter-in-place orders but evacuations and road closures remained in place for a part of the city due to a deadly crash that led to a HAZMAT situation on Tuesday, Feb. 14. The Arizona Department of Public Safety says it's investigating a collision involving a truck tractor pulling a box trailer that rolled over in the area of I-10 near Rita Road, and is leaking nitric acid.
