Suspects were trying to 'send a message' in cartel-like execution, sheriff says
Officials said a shooting that left a family of six dead in Goshen, California was the result of a cartel-style execution. Tulare County Sheriff Mike Boudreaux said the suspects, "were going in to slaughter a family and send a message."
