'Can't practice law from the bench': Darrell Brooks angry judge calls BS on shock device claims

An officer who was required to monitor Darrell Brooks during his trial for the Waukesha Christmas parade attack, testified that there was no shock device placed on Brooks' ankles, despite the defendant claiming he was told it was a shock device. Brooks was found guilty of 76 counts including 1st degree intentional homicide, which carries a life sentence. Brooks will be formally sentenced on November 15.
