Man hijacks city bus in Queens with passengers onboard

A man has been arrested after New York City police said he hijacked a bus using a replica gun, while approximately 2 dozen passengers were onboard. FOX 5 New York's Lisa Evers spoke with LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow about the spike in public transportation crime in the city.
