'Call me Ray': NC governor jokes after announcer gets his name wrong

North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper appeared amused and joked at an event in Charlotte after the announcer introducing him referred to him as "Ray Cooper." When the governor stepped to the podium, he was greeted with screams of "Roy!" from the crowd, leading him to laugh and say "you can call me Ray."
