Bodega worker murder: Jose Alba defending himself from vicious assault, supporters say

Supporters of New York City bodega worker Jose Alba, who has been charged with murder in the stabbing death of a customer, are demanding charges be dropped based on evidence showing Alba was being assaulted at the time of the incident. Video from inside the bodega shows Alba being attacked by a male, Austin Simon, and his girlfriend, who was seen on video stabbing Alba. Alba grabbed a knife and stabbed the Simon, killing him inside the store.
