Gabby Petito case: Lawsuit against Laundrie parents heads to court

A lawsuit filed by Gabby Petito' parents against the parents of her suspected killer, Brian Laundrie, will head to court for the first time. The first hearing in the lawsuit is being held to determine if the case will proceed to a jury trial next year. Attorney for Laundrie's parents, Christopher and Roberta Laundrie, is expected to ask the judge to dismiss the lawsuit.
