8th grader FreeFall ride death: Family files lawsuit against park, operator

The family of Tyre Sampson, the 14-year-old who was killed from a fall off the FreeFall ride at Orlando's ICON Park, gave remarks after filing a wrongful death lawsuit against the ride owner & operator, as well as the amusement park itself.
