Biden, White House differ on Ukraine trip

White House press secretary Jen Psaki said there are currently no plans for President Joe Biden to travel to Ukraine during the ongoing conflict with Russia. When reporters noted that Biden himself said he wanted to go but "they wouldn't let me," Psaki refused to get into details about who decides whether the president can travel to Ukraine.
