Amir Locke shooting: No charges against officer

Minnesota officials have declined to bring charges against the officer who shot and killed Amir Locke while serving a no-knock search warrant back in February. The Hennepin County attorney determined that there was insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the use of force by the officer was not justified. The incident, which was recorded on police body camera, led to calls for charges against the officer responsible for Locke's death.
