White House claps back at Russia sanctions: May have sanctioned Biden's dad

White House press secretary Jen Psaki responded to reporter's questions about Russia issuing sanctions against the U.S., including President Joe Biden and other senior government officials, joking that Russia likely sanctioned Biden's father instead of the president himself. The list of people sanctioned by Russia also includes former presidential candidate and first lady Hillary Clinton, Biden's son Hunter, CIA chief William Burns and Psaki herself.
