UN confronted with email telling employees not to call Russia-Ukraine conflict "war" or "invasion"

A spokesperson for the Secretary General to the United Nations came under fire after a new report from the Irish Times alleged an internal email sent to UN employees specifically instructed them not to refer to the Russia-Ukraine conflict as a "war" or "invasion." The spokesperson confirmed an email was sent, but it was in no way official UN policy and was sent regionally, not globally.
