Video shows Russia lying about not targeting civilian areas

Video of destruction throughout Ukraine shows Russia's claim that they are only targeting military infrastructure to be completely false. Schools, hospitals, local businesses and homes have been completely destroyed at many of the major cities throughout Ukraine. Some of the video from overnight shows the aftermath of the damage done by Russian forces as millions have fled the country.
