12-year-old killed by Philadelphia police had gun with laser scope: New details

New details are being revealed after Philadelphia police officers shot and killed a 12-year-old boy during an incident on Tuesday night. Police had found social media posts showing the boy wearing an ankle monitor and pointing a gun at the camera and attempted to locate him. When police tracked down the boy and attempted to talk with him, he fired at the officers inside the vehicle, who then returned fire and struck the boy once in the back, killing him. The incident is now under investigation.
