Trucker convoy protest in DC for State of the Union: New details

With President Joe Biden's State of the Union just hours away, Capitol Police and Washington, D.C., Metro Police are working to provide security around the Capitol building, including fencing which was reinstalled ahead of the speech. Meanwhile, one trucker convoy protest is planned for the D.C. area today and additional convoys may arrive in the coming days.
