Russia-Ukraine invasion is 'premeditated war,' US says

In reaction to Russia invading Ukraine, President Joe Biden has released a statement calling the actions by Russian President Vladimir Putin "premeditated war" and said Ukraine suffered an "unprovoked and unjustified attack by Russian military forces." Biden says he will meet with the G7 to discuss "further consequences" and said he will make remarks on Thursday in response to the attack.
