Russia-Ukraine: 'Invasion' underway, White House says -- new details

The White House is now referring to new troop movements by Russian forces as an "invasion" of Ukraine, less than 24 hours after Russian President Vladimir Putin declared Ukraine a "puppet" of the U.S. Jon Finer, principal deputy national security advisor, said it is the "beginning of an invasion." The White House is expected to issue even more sanctions against Russia later on Tuesday and Germany has halted the certification of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline.
