Cops mock shooting suspect for losing fight to delivery driver

Philadelphia police are searching for a suspect in a shooting after an argument between a delivery driver and a parked car on the street. Police said the shooter was legally parked on the street when a delivery driver came up and double parked to drop off an item, which resulted in an altercation and eventually a "consensual fight," police said. Officials said the suspect was mad that he had lost a fist fight with the delivery driver and then shot the delivery driver, who was transported to the hospital by a good Samaritan.
