'Anatomy of a cover-up': Activists outraged after release of Amir Locke killing bodycam footage

After more than 36 hours of unanswered questions and increased calls for transparency, the mayor of Minneapolis has released body camera video of the police shooting of an armed 22-year-old Black man while serving a search warrant in a downtown apartment. The man killed was not named on the original search warrant, police later clarified.
