Video timeline of Brown U. shooting suspect released

We are learning more as the search continues for the suspect in a shooting at Brown University on Dec. 13. On Tuesday, officials in Rhode Island announced that an "enhanced photograph" would soon be released. They said that they were beginning to understand the gunman's route before the shooting began. Authorities on Monday also released several new videos of the man suspected of perpetrating the shooting inside of a Brown classroom, which killed two students and wounded nine others. We are getting an additional update from local officials, including Mayor of Providence Brett Smiley, as the investigation continues.

Officials released new information, video and photos of a person of interest in the investigation of a mass shooting at Brown University in which two people have been killed, and at least eight others sent to the hospital in critical condition. There is also a $50,000 reward to the public for any information that may lead to the suspect's capture.

Brown University shooting: Law enforcement's response

We are now learning that a suspect in the Brown University shooting has been taken into custody according to police in Rhode Island. Providence Police Chief Oscar Perez said the suspect is in their 20s. An FBI official told The Associated Press that the arrest happened at a Hampton Inn in Coventry, about 20 miles from Providence.
