Christy Matino
I joined in July 2024 after working as a news reporter in Washington, D.C. for four years. As a former FOX intern, coming back to the company is a full-circle moment for me.
Before LiveNOW, I was a video reporter covering Capitol Hill for the Washington Examiner. Before that, I was a morning reporter for NexStar’s DC News Now, and a contributor for NewsNation. Being in the DC market allowed me to break some big stories, including Roe v. Wade being overturned and the Million MAGA March.
Although I live in Florida now (and love the sunshine), I am a northeastern girl at heart. I am originally from Connecticut and graduated from Boston University. I am a big theater lover, enjoy traveling with my family and boyfriend, and have a huge dog obsession – particularly with chocolate Labradors.
